Neighbors Who Nourish is a community-focused program that helps families facing food insecurity by teaching practical cooking skills, providing nutritious meals, and offering support for mental well-being. Our goal is to turn stress and isolation into connection, confidence, and community.

We target middle and high school families, particularly those experiencing food insecurity or relying on food assistance programs. However, Our events are designed to be inclusive and supportive for all members of the community. Our volunteer age is a minimum of 13

At each gathering, participants:
Learn to cook healthy, affordable meals step by step
Share a potluck-style meal to foster connection
Gain practical strategies for managing stress and food-related anxiety
Connect with other families and community members in a supportive environment
